How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Top New Motorcycles (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

I am more than very satisfied. It was delivered to me from China to San francisco, California in 5 days. It blew me away! The 60V 24000W scooter is an awesome machine! I've pegged it at 45 mph !!! If I had a smoother road, it feels like it could do more! San Francisco hills are no problem! This is the best scooter you can get for the quality of $2000-$3000 at a fraction of the cost!!! very good, better than i expected, it came with more stuff than i anticipated, like a seat and double changer.
I receive it 01.10. 21...2 weeks delivery. Very well packed, no damage of the product. All parameters are as description, details are regarded with care. Its a very solid scooter, very stable...well done. Water proof protection is real...all sensitive parts are rubber insulated and even one engine is brutally powerful. The communication with store is very good...they answer immediately all your questions, no delay or unnecessary dragging of time. I still have to test the battery range but this may take a while/ speed was up to 53km/hour. I strongly recommend this product based on my appreciation so far. Thank you.
The package arrived very quickly, about one week after ordered. Box was packed securely with foam blocks and the scooter was not damaged. There were a few loose screws on the handle bar easily tightened with supplied wrenches. Build quality on this is very good. Feels solid and put together like a tank. Brakes are strong and acceleration is excellent. I would highly recommend. A good value for the money.
This scooter is awesome! I purchased the 1200w version. It came undamaged and precharged. The store has been extremely helpful in the shipping and set-up process. I find that I go about 45-47km/h max speed, although I've reached 52km/h in hills. The battery seems pretty good. probably closer to the 80km than the 100km but time will tell. I'm terms of build quality I have no complaints everything seems solid and functional. My scooter makes an odd like grinding sound when it first starts but it stops as soon as I pick up some speed. not sure if that's normal. Shipping was very very slow. About 3 months, however that is not due to the seller, the ports were closed due to covid. Otherwise the wheels seem sturdy, make sure to put air in them. I haven't tried the seat much but seems nice on long rides. For the price 10/10.

Very good scooter, solid performance and workmanship. Range around 70-80km at a speed of 30-35km / h. There could be longer cables. The folding mechanism of the handlebars needs to be tightened a lot, otherwise it is loosened. Otherwise, great satisfaction so far. price / performance - great

High quality scooter, Im really satisfied. Strong body, good acceleration, also max speed (approx 70km/h, with 85kg driver). Perfect comunication with store!
Im super happy, the build quality is good, so far I’ve ridden 2km (waiting for weekend), but for those 2 km it is amazing. Seller should add to the description that in the back this scooter has 3 suspensions - 1.seat, 2. The shaft where the seat is attached 3. The springs on the rear swing arm. If you hold the scooter in air and push the throttle till max, it shows 62km/h, i dont know if it will go that fast, but potential is there. 1200w in opinion is more than enough, pulls strongly. Came undamaged (well a few scufs and marks but nothing that would be noticable) Only thing left to say is - thank you dear store! Also quick question, while charging do both chargers need to be connected? Is the scooter running on 2 dedicated batteries?

Dojezd jsem ještě netestoval. Voděodolnost: jezdil jsem v prudkém dešti and různými kalužemi and rozhodně se to controlleru and baterky nedostala Voda. What se týče akcelerace, V secret settings se dá změnit but yen for N-soft and Nebo 0. 0 základní and nechal Bych Ji there, n-soft them až power. Brzdy jsou Velmi dobré, může se stát, že dostanete Smyk, když pořádně vemete for brzdu but after pár dnech se it povolí. Přešel jsem with 500W koloběžky and jsem Velice spokojen.
